Sessions Explained

Our classes are set out in a semi-private style, which enables us to accommodate the goals set by the individual so that you are able to follow a programme designed to suit your own needs. This won’t be one general class with no purpose, instead it will be an effective fat loss or muscle building/ strength programme you will choose. With the choice of workout and knowing every day is targeting different areas you can guarantee your goals will be taken seriously. 

Fat Loss

These carefully designed sessions are based solely on burning calories. Every session (like the muscle / strength programme) will target different muscle groups each day to avoid injury and ensure a full body workout. Using such methods as HIIT, endurance, Tabata, metabolic and interval-based training.

Muscle Building

We combine a number of elements to get the full focus on targeting specific muscles groups in the pursuit of gaining strength and size. These elements include hypertrophy, plyometric, calisthenics, power lifting, Olympic lifting, muscular isolation and endurance strength (to name a few).

Sessions

Bookings are required to attend sessions.

Classes can be cancelled but please give early notice.

You can book up to 4 weeks in advance.
