What is Asylum Fitness?

Asylum Fitness was established in 2016, born out of the idea of mad training. Training someone so physically hard they mentally struggle! But like an Asylum, it’s somewhere you go to get help in a safe controlled environment.

Variety is a huge part of Asylum Fitness and we strive to give our clients a 5 star service.

About Liam.

I am the founder of Asylum Fitness and the head personal trainer. I achieved my Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Nutrition back in 2015 from Hugh Baird college. In that time I have trained countless clients and helped achieve their respected goals ranging from fat loss to muscle growth, increased strength to sport specific and antenatal to post operation.

I am qualified in Strength and Conditioning which I implement a lot into my sessions with clients along with bodyweight training and core. If you need anymore details, please contact me directly.
